Review: Yoku’s Island Express
It’s just a brilliant game…
It’s just a brilliant game…
who needs details when you’ve got these trailers?
There’s a mild panic around the table and people slamming their hand down onto the card with such energy you half expect it to go through the table…
everything looks that little bit nicer than last year already…
we’ve got the gameplay trailer to kick off the hype train…
you’ll find us cowering behind the grand piano…
one of our most hotly anticipated titles right now…
if you’re short on time or disk space then this is a very handy guide…
people around the table are barking banana-based words at you…
I can’t quite express how good this is…
racing, though, is where the fun lies…
the outcome has always been the same: we’ve had fun, we’ve had a laugh and we’ve promised to play it again next time we’re round the table together…
it’s quite friendly for people who don’t play games all that much…
I still had huge fun trying to silently clear out these areas without being noticed…
see if anything takes your fancy…
the effort spent on the Snaefell course is offset by a negative effect on the rest of the game…
they rebooted Q Bert! You’ll wish they hadn’t…
there’s enough of an original game here to be well worth having…
we’ve already got something very special…
