Here at The Gaming Review, we’re aware that not all gamers have the time to search high and low for all the latest in gaming news, so that’s why we’ve done it for you, and condensed the biggest stories of the week into one simple article:
- SEGA have revealed they will start removing iOS and Android games off of app stores if they’re not deemed to be up to standard.
- The Criminal Activity DLC for Battlefield Hardline will feature 4 new maps. Two of which, will take place at night.
- Star Wars: Battlefront will not feature aiming down sights on regular blasters, limiting players to fire from the hip unless the gun has a scope attached.
- DICE executive producer Patrick Bach has also revealed that there will be no classes or squads in Battlefront, instead the game will incorporate a ‘partners’ system.
- President of Nintendo Satoru Iwata has announced that the company will be launching 5 mobiles games before March 2017.
- Bungie has announced that Destiny’s House of Wolves DLC pack will be available from 6:00pm GMT on May 19th.
- PayDay 2: Crimewave Edition will be available on PS4 and Xbox One on June 16th. The Crimewave Edition features a new character, more weapons, heists and perks, as well as added DLC.
- Various rumours have been reported that Bethesda will officially announce Fallout 4 at their first ever E3 conference next month.
- Blizzard has suffered a massive blow, after losing 3 million World of Warcraft subscribers in just 3 months.
- Episodic murder mystery D4: Dark Dreams Don’t Die will launch on PC on June 5th.
- Australian gamers may have to start paying more money for games purchased on Steam, if the federal government introduce a tax that will add 10% to all digital goods purchased online.
- Pirate RPG Risen 3: Titan Lords will come to Playstation 4 in August 2015, according to publisher Deep Silver.
- P.T has been officially pulled from the Playstation store, and is no longer downloadable, even if you’d previously downloaded it.
